Meet Our Founder
I've spent more than a decade working alongside families of all kinds, from busy dual-career households to high-net-worth homes, and those years taught me that the right support can completely change a family's day-to-day. That's what inspired me to start Anchor House.
Having worked in private homes myself, I know a great placement is about so much more than experience or checking every box on a resume. I take the time to get to know both families and professionals, creating thoughtful matches built on trust, communication, shared values, and genuine compatibility.
When I'm not working with families, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two Great Danes, attempting to master Mahjong, soaking up a beach day whenever I can, or planning my next adventure with my girlfriends.
