I spent more than a decade working as a nanny and household manager, supporting families throughout the Northeast. Being inside private homes taught me just how much the right person can change a family's day-to-day, and how personal the search for that person really is.

That's what led me to create Anchor House. I wanted to build a different kind of staffing experience, one where families and professionals are genuinely known, not just matched from a resume.

I take the time to understand what each family needs, what makes each professional exceptional, and the little things that make a placement feel right. I intentionally work with a limited number of families at a time so I can personally guide every search from start to finish.

Because the right match isn't just about experience. It's about finding someone who feels right in your home.
