How long does the placement process take? +
Every search is different, but most placements take two to six weeks. Timing depends on your role, schedule, location, and the availability of the right candidates. With that said, I only take on a small number of clients at once so I can spend the dedicated time finding you the right fit as quickly as possible!
What does the $3,000 placement fee include? +
The fee covers the full search, including role planning, personalized sourcing, candidate screening, Insight Interviews, reference verification, background checks, introductions, interview coordination, and offer support.
What should we expect to pay our household professional? +
Compensation depends on the role, experience, schedule, and responsibilities. Anchor House placements start at $30/hour, with compensation discussed and established before candidates are introduced.
How do you screen and vet candidates? +
Candidates complete an application and Anchor House Insight Interview, followed by reference verification and background screening before being presented to a family.
What happens if the placement isn't the right fit? +
Your placement includes a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the placement ends within that period, Anchor House will conduct a replacement search at no additional placement fee.
